About This Course

This course is a gift to you from the First Presbyterian Church in Portland, Oregon.

It was created by our E-Learning Task Force: Eric Danskine (technical support), Mary Duckert (creator of children’s activities), Fran Elton (editor), Steve Maling (writer and chair), and Anne Stewart Miller (pastoral support). Ira Allen, Ken Brown, and Dale Hess also served on the Task Force.

4) heard music inspired by the stories
5) learned the names of people, places, events in the stories
6) found out facts about the background of the Bible
7) practiced skills for reading the Bible
8) tested your comprehension with activities
9) joined in praying with Christians from around the world
10) considered joining the Magi in making a gift to the Child

In short, you will have practised living joyfully in the adult aftermath of Christmas.
